Writing an SEO-friendly blog post isn't magic. The key is that you are writing for two audiences at once: your readers and Google's robots. The goal is to create valuable, readable content that search engines also easily understand and find relevant. Let's see the process step-by-step!

1. Keyword Research: What Are People Searching For?

Before you write a single letter, find out what questions your potential customers are looking for answers to. Use free tools (e.g., Google Trends, AnswerThePublic), or simply type your main topic into Google search and look at the related searches at the bottom of the page.

2. The Headline Is Most Important

The article title (H1 tag) decides whether the user clicks on the result. Make it attention-grabbing, include the main keyword, and promise a solution to a problem. Numbers and questions work well (e.g., "5 Tips for...", "How to Do...?").

3. Structure the Content!

No one reads through a dense wall of text. Use subheadings (H2, H3) to logically divide the article. Subheadings should also contain relevant keywords and subtopics. Short paragraphs, bullet points, and bold text help reading and scanning.

4. Write for the Reader, Not Google!

Although keywords are important, the most important thing is that the text is natural and readable. Don't stuff keywords (keyword stuffing), because Google penalizes it. Write useful, informative content that truly helps the reader. If the reader is satisfied, Google will be too.

5. Internal and External Links

Place links in the article that point to your own relevant subpages or previous blog posts (internal links). This helps the visitor navigate further and also shows Google your site's structure. Also link to 1-2 reliable external sources that support what you say (external links).

6. Optimize Images!

Give every image a descriptive filename (e.g., `seo-copywriting-tips.jpg`) and fill in the "alt text" field with the main keyword. This helps in appearing in image search.

7. Meta Description

This is the short, 150-160 character text that appears under the title in the Google search results list. Make it a short, attention-grabbing summary of the article that encourages clicking and contains the main keyword.

SEO copywriting is a learnable skill. The key is consistency and striving for quality.
